Wally Watt uses aluminum panels with a baked enamel finish. This provides a clean look with no maintenance. Pressure treated 2 X 4 framed floors with 5/8″ plywood sheeting. This strong, treated floor provides years of carefree service and gives a solid base of support. They also resist termites and rot.
Wally Watt doors resist warping. Manufactured with aluminum framing. They look great and provide extra strength. Doors hung with full-length aluminum piano door hinges providing extra support and operation that is more reliable. Check chains and doorstops ensure maximum performance.
Wally Watt exclusive panel design eliminates the need for 2 X 4 wood framing. The vertical mount self-supporting panels provide a self-ventilated building while eliminating water infiltration. Ventilated roof designs provide constant airflow throughout the building. Reducing moisture allows your contents to be dry and mildew free
Q: Will I need a concrete slab?
A: No. Wally Watt buildings are constructed with weather resistant flooring systems. Our floors are manufactured with pressure treated 2″ X 4″ lumber. A 5/8″ plywood decking finishes the interior of the building. These strong treated flooring systems resist termites, rot, and provide years of carefree service while providing a solid base of support.
Q: Are the buildings ventilated?
A: Yes. Wally Watt buildings are manufactured with vertical mounted self-supporting walls, which feature our exclusive ventilation system.
Q: Is delivery included?
A: Yes. Delivery is included within our service area. Please call for your specific area.
Q: What if I don’t have enough room for a factory-assembled building?
A: No problem. Wally Watt will assemble your building on site for an additional fee.
Q: How will I know if I have enough room for the building I have selected?
A: Wally Watt will come out to your property (within our service area) and measure the area to determine the appropriate building, which will solve your storage needs.
Q: Are the buildings anchored?
A: Yes. We anchor all of our buildings in compliance with Florida’s wind code requirements.
Q: Will I need a permit?
A: Possibly. Depending on the building size and your local building department requirements. Wally Watt, Inc. is a licensed contractor and can take care of the appropriate paperwork on your behalf.
Q: Will the buildings rust?
A: No. All Wally Watt buildings are constructed out of Aluminum.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Yes. All of our products are covered with a Limited Warranty for Leaking and Rust.
Q: Does Wally Watt accept credit cards?
A: Yes. Wally Watt accepts Visa and Maser Card.
