Available in an array of colors, the Bungalow Shed has a lap-sided aluminum exterior with a baked-on enamel finish for minimal maintenance. Notably, this style also features a taller height, customizable window and door options, and interior wood framing allowing for a wide variety of uses. Perfect for workshops, garden sheds, she sheds, business use, or storing items in your own backyard.
STANDARD FEATURES and SPECIFICATIONS:
- Security: All buildings come standard with a keylock and two keys.
- Reinforced Floor System: Our sub-floors feature pressure-treated 2” x 6” lumber placed every 24 inches on center. The top decking is ¾” treated tongue-and-groove “sturdy deck”. The floor system incorporates “Simpson Strong Tie Clips” for added strength. The entire floor assembly is then mounted on two – 4” x 4” pressure-treated skids. The load capacity is 75 lbs. per sq. foot.
- Sidewall Construction: The building’s interior sidewalls are constructed with Spruce. To ensure the highest quality product, all wood is kiln dried prior to building construction.
- Manufactured Truss System: The engineered truss system incorporates fifty-point pressure plates. The buildings’ rating is for 170 mph wind speed.
- Insulated Doors: We provide a framed door opening in several sizes – 48” x 72”, 48” x 60” or 48” x 80” insulated mobile home door. Additionally, doors are hung with full-length commercial hinges and are equipped with check chain assemblies. Double doors – 72” x 72” or 8-foot roll up doors are available.
OPTIONAL UPGRADES:
- Extra door, window 22” x 27”, roll up door (5’,6’ and 8’), double doors (72” opening) and 60” door.
INSTALLATIONS:
- Delivery and Install: Our delivery and installation crew will install factory-assembled buildings for properties in our service area.
