STANDARD FEATURES and SPECIFICATIONS:
- Security: All buildings come standard with a keylock and two keys.
- Reinforced Floor System: Pressure-treated 2”x 4” placed every 16” on center, finished with 5/8” exterior grade pressure-treated plywood. This strong flooring provides years of maintenance-free use and gives a solid base of support – all while preventing rust, termites, and rot.
- Door Construction & Selection: The standard door size is 34” x 70”. Our sturdy aluminum-reinforced doors are finished with wood paneling to look great. Manufactured with aluminum framing, our doors also resist warping and feature the extra support of full-length piano door hinges for reliably opening outwards. Our keylock doors are complete with check chain assembly and doorstops for maximum performance.
- Building & Trim Colors: Building colors are Cream or White. Trim color options are White, Black, Cream, or Brown.

INSTALLATIONS:
- Delivery and Install: Our delivery and installation crew will install factory-assembled buildings for properties in our service area. We level the building with concrete blocks and anchor with hurricane anchors.
