No. Wally Watt buildings and sheds are constructed with weather-resistant flooring systems. Our floors are manufactured with pressure-treated lumber. A plywood decking finishes the interior of the building. These treated flooring systems prevent termites, resist rot, and provide years of worry-free maintenance, while also providing a solid base of support. Floors are leveled and anchored with concrete blocks placed at key locations under the floor to keep the floor dry.

No problem. Wally Watt will assemble your building on site for an additional fee.
No Wally Watt will come out to your property (within our service area) and measure the area to determine the appropriate building, which will solve your storage needs.
Yes. We anchor all our buildings in compliance with Florida’s wind code requirements with metal auger anchors attached to the floor system.
